SoulCrush is a place to talk and flirt, not an adult content platform. Nudity, sexual acts, and sexually explicit behavior on camera are not allowed, and neither is steering a stranger toward any of it after they have shown they are not interested. Flirting is welcome here — that is half the point of a flirt video chat — but flirting means reading the other person, not ignoring them. If the vibe is not mutual, skip and meet someone new.
Every SoulCrush user must be 18 or older. Anyone who appears to be a minor on camera, claims to be one, or tries to involve a minor in any way will be removed and reported where the law requires it. If you ever see something that suggests a minor is on the service, use the report control immediately — this is the one rule with zero tolerance and no second chances.
No harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting someone over who they are. No pressuring a match for contact details, money, or photos. No scams, sob stories that end in a payment link, or pitching anything — the person across from you came for a conversation, not a funnel. And a hard rule that matters more than most: never record, screenshot, or rebroadcast the other person without their clear agreement. A private 1v1 session is private for both sides.
Every control you need is one tap away: skip ends the match, block keeps that person from matching with you again, and report sends the session context for review. A skip or a block from the other side is final — do not try to route around it by matching again under a new session. When someone ends a conversation, the conversation is over.
Reports are reviewed and acted on: consequences scale from a warning to a permanent removal, and serious violations skip the warning. Coins or VIP time lost because your own conduct ended your access are not refundable. False reporting is itself a violation — the report tool exists to protect people, and weaponizing it wastes that protection. If you are ever unsure where a line sits before you start a video chat, the safe move is the respectful one.
