Write to us directly
The direct line to the SoulCrush team is [email protected]. Tell us what happened and where on SoulCrush it happened, and your message lands with the people who can actually fix it. One request before you write: never include your password, full card number, or anyone else's personal details in a message — we will never ask for them, and neither should anyone claiming to be us.
Check the help center first
A surprising share of questions — camera permission, how matching works, what coins are, how to skip — already have answers in the help center on this site. If yours is one of them, you save yourself the wait. If it is not, or the answer did not solve it, that is exactly what the form is for.
What to include so we can help fast
A good message has four things: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, roughly when it happened, and the device and browser you were using. If the problem showed up mid-session — say a match that would not connect while you were trying to talk to strangers — the approximate time matters more than anything, because it lets the team find the right session.
Safety reports
If another user crossed a line, use the report and block controls inside the session first — that flags the exact moment while the context is fresh, and it is the fastest path to action. You are welcome to add details by email ([email protected]) afterward, especially if something happened that the in-session tools could not capture. Anything suggesting a minor on the service should be reported immediately, by whichever route is fastest.
Billing and coin questions
For anything about a charge, a coin balance, or a VIP plan, write to us with the date of the purchase, the amount, and what looks wrong. A charged-but-not-delivered payment or a duplicate charge gets fixed — the terms spell out the refund position, and support applies it. If your balance looks off after a video chat session, tell us roughly when and we will trace it.
What to expect back
Every message is read by a person, and most get a first reply within a few working days — billing and safety issues move to the front of the line. Keep an eye on the inbox you wrote from, including the spam folder, because our reply only helps if it reaches you.
