The short version
SoulCrush is a 1v1 video chat for talking to strangers, free to start. This policy explains what data the service touches when you browse the public pages, start a match, buy coins, or contact support — and what it never touches. It is written to be read, so where legal language would hide the point, we say the plain thing instead.
What you give us directly
You can start a match as a guest without creating an account, so a first conversation asks for almost nothing. If you register, we store the account basics you provide — a login identifier, a display name, and the preferences you set. When you buy coins or a VIP plan, the order record (what you bought, when, and in what amount, in USD) is kept so your balance and purchase history stay correct. If you write to support, we keep that message and the thread around it.
Camera and microphone
A live match cannot work until you allow camera and microphone access, and that prompt comes from your browser or operating system — not from us. Permission stays under your control: you can mute, turn the camera off mid-session, or revoke access entirely in your device settings at any time. Video and audio in a 1v1 session exist to connect the two of you; SoulCrush does not build a library of your sessions. What you show on camera is your choice, and what you should never do is record the other person — see the community guidelines for that rule.
What gets collected automatically
Like any live service, SoulCrush processes technical data to keep matching fast and abuse down: device and browser type, approximate region derived from your IP address, session timing, and interaction events such as taps, matches, and skips. Safety signals — reports, blocks, and the session context around them — are processed so reported behavior can be reviewed. This is operational data, not a profile of your personality, and it is not sold.
Cookies and local storage
SoulCrush uses cookies and browser storage for unglamorous but necessary jobs: keeping you signed in across visits, remembering your language, restoring a guest session, and protecting against fraud and automated abuse. Analytics cookies help us understand which pages people use and where they drop off, so the product gets better instead of louder. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the site will still load, though sign-in and session continuity may stop working.
Payments go through processors, not through us
When you pay for coins or VIP, the transaction is handled by third-party payment processors. SoulCrush receives a confirmation and an order reference — not your full card number, which never touches our servers. Prices are shown in USD before you confirm, and the record we keep is the one described above: what you bought and when, nothing more.
Analytics and advertising partners
We use third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics) to measure traffic and product usage in aggregate. These partners receive pseudonymous identifiers and event data under their own privacy terms. We do not hand them your camera feed, your messages, or anything that would let them identify the person you talked to.
Who sees what
Inside a match, the other person sees your camera and whatever you choose to say or show — treat that as public to them, because it is. Outside your matches, other users cannot browse your account or contact history. We do not sell personal data, and we share it only with the service providers that run the platform (hosting, payments, analytics) under contract, or where the law genuinely requires it.
How long data is kept
Account and order records are kept while your account exists and for the period needed afterward to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Safety reports are kept long enough to act on them and to recognize repeat offenders. When data is no longer needed for a real purpose, it is deleted or anonymized rather than hoarded.
Your choices and rights
You control the camera, the skip button, and the moment you leave — the same control whether you use SoulCrush to talk to strangers or to flirt on video. Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights over your data: access, correction, deletion, or a copy of what we hold. Send any privacy request through the contact form and say clearly which part of SoulCrush it concerns, and the team will follow up.
Adults only, and changes to this policy
SoulCrush is for people aged 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors; any account found to belong to one is removed. If this policy changes, the updated version replaces this page, and continuing to use SoulCrush after a change means you accept the update. Questions about anything on this page go through the contact form on this site.
