Terms of Service

The terms for using SoulCrush — who can use the 1v1 video chat, how coins and VIP work, the refund position, and the conduct rules every match depends on.

Accepting these terms

By using SoulCrush — browsing the public pages, starting a match, or buying anything — you agree to these terms and to the community guidelines, which are part of this agreement. If you do not agree, the honest answer is simple: do not use the service. These terms govern the SoulCrush website and the video chat service it provides.

What SoulCrush is

SoulCrush is a 1v1 video chat that connects you face to face with strangers — real people, live on camera, one private session at a time. It is free to start: your first matches need no account and no payment. Who you meet depends on who is online when you are, and no match, conversation, or outcome is guaranteed. That is the nature of meeting strangers, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use SoulCrush. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are responsible for everything said and shown from your side of the camera. Accounts and access may be suspended or removed if this turns out not to be true.

Guest access and accounts

You can use SoulCrush as a guest, and many people do — a guest session still follows these terms in full. Registering an account unlocks continuity: your balance, your preferences, and your history survive between visits and devices. Keep your login to yourself, because activity under your account is treated as yours. If you think someone else has access, tell us through the contact form quickly.

Coins and VIP

Paid features on SoulCrush run on coins, with an optional VIP plan for people who use the service heavily. Coins are a virtual currency inside the service: they are not money, they earn nothing, they cannot be transferred to another user, and they cannot be exchanged back into cash. Prices are displayed in USD before you confirm a purchase. Package sizes, coin amounts, and pricing may change over time, and any change applies to future purchases — it never reaches back into coins you already hold.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by third-party providers, and a purchase is complete once the coins or plan land in your balance. Because coins are a consumed-as-you-go virtual good, purchases are generally final once delivered. The exceptions we honor: a payment that was charged but never delivered, a duplicate charge, or a clear technical fault on our side — in those cases contact support with the date and amount and we will make it right. Where consumer law in your country gives you refund rights that override this paragraph, those rights apply instead of it. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may freeze the account while the dispute is reviewed.

Conduct on camera

The community guidelines are the rulebook for every session: no explicit content, no harassment or hate, no minors in any capacity, no scams or solicitation, and no recording or screenshotting the other person without their agreement. Breaking these rules can end a session, suspend an account, or remove access permanently, with no refund owed for unused coins in serious cases. The guidelines apply everywhere on SoulCrush, from a first match to a long flirt video chat session.

What you say and show

You keep ownership of whatever you say or show on camera, and you give SoulCrush the limited permission needed to transmit it live to your match — nothing more. You are responsible for not sharing content you have no right to share, and for not exposing other people's private information. Remember that the person across from you is a stranger: what you reveal is your choice, so choose like it matters.

The service as it is

SoulCrush is provided as is and as available. We work to keep matching fast and the site up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, a minimum number of matches, or that any particular person will be online. Features may be added, changed, or retired over time. To the extent the law allows, SoulCrush is not liable for indirect losses — and is never responsible for what another user says, does, or shows, which is exactly why the report and block tools exist in every session.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version always lives on this page, and continuing to use SoulCrush after an update means you accept it. If a change is significant, we will make it visible rather than burying it. Questions about these terms, your account, or a charge go through the contact form on this site — whether you arrived from a stranger chat session or a 1v1 match, the route to a human is the same.
